How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout depending on the size, weight, and delivery location of your package. If you spend over $150, you will automatically receive free shipping at checkout, no code required!

Can I return an item?

Yes we accept returns as long as the item is in the same condition in which it was sent, but it has to be accepted first. Please carefully review the entire return policy page before inquiry. You can view it underneath the Information menu at the bottom of the homepage. 

How do I start a return? 

Please email us and be sure to include your first and last name on the order you are referring to, the order number, and the reason in which you are returning the item for. We will review your concern and reach back out to you. 

Where do I send my return? 

Once your return is accepted which we will do as promptly as we can, you will be sent an email with information on where to send your return. 

How do I inquire about a damaged item concern?

Please email info@seven31boutique.com within 2 days and include the details of your order (first/last name, order number, and pictures evidence of the damage). 

Do you give refunds? 

Refunds are given in STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

Do you offer exchanges? 

We do not offer exchanges. We offer store credit, so with this you will be able to repurchase or purchase the item you want. 

The tracking of my order says delivered, but I can't find my package. What do I do?

In the case your order is missing, you will need to reach out to the mail carrier or delivery service used to receive more information regarding your order. Once your package says it is delivered, it is out of our control and contacting the delivery service will be your best way to receive help. 

How will I receive my store credit? 

Once the return is received on our end and after it is reviewed, we will issue your store credit and notify you with an email from info@seven31boutique.com.
