Shipping

We use USPS standard domestic shipping which is calculated at checkout depending on the size, weight, and delivery location of your package. Generally, it is estimated that it will take 3-7 business days to deliver (depending on location) once your package is processed and shipped from us. Please allow us 2-5 business days to process your order before shipping.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 placed in the U.S! 

Orders are processed and fulfilled within 2-5 business days. After processing, shipping will take about 3-7 business days. You will receive an email sent with tracking information when your order has been shipped. 

Orders are shipped out of Kansas City, Missouri.

If you experience any of these issues, please reach out to the carrier to report your concern. 

Please make sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order, because once your order is shipped it cannot be changed. If you entered the wrong address and you haven't got the shipping notification yet, email us as soon as possible so we can try to change it for you before it's sent out. 

Please note when an order is shipped, the liability is between you and the shipping facility. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the item has been delivered and we cannot issue a refund. You will need to contact the shipping carrier regarding your package.
